TOC is a cascading list of books, chapters, and topics.
1 | Click on the TOC button. "TOC" appears in the toolbar just above the navigation frame to confirm you are viewing the table of contents.

2 | In the navigation frame, click on the A - Z Topics book; chapters # - Z appear below the book.

3 | Click on a chapter to display topics. |
| 4 | Click each topic, chapter, and book a second time to minimize the drop-down list. |
