Personal Identification Number

Upon enrolling in OSGP, you will receive a personal identification number (PIN) from the third-party administrator. You will need this number to access your account on the website and phone. It is a six-digit number, and you can change it at any time.

PIN reminder

It is a good idea to set up a PIN reminder on line in case you lose or forget your PIN. Follow the steps below to set up a PIN reminder:

1Go to https://osgp.ingplans.com/eportal/welcome.do, and then log into your account.
2At the top of the screen, click on User Preferences.
3Click on Security Questions.
4Type your current PIN.
5Select a security question such as “What is the City of your Birth?”
6Type an answer.
7Repeat this process for the next two questions.
8Click Submit.

If you log on after this and don’t have your PIN, you can click Forgot your PIN? at the Login Screen, and it will lead you to those questions and allow you to reset your PIN.
