You will need to log on to your OSGP account to access your account. You can either choose to use your Social Security number or set up a username.
Follow the steps below to set up your username:
| 1 | Go to https://osgp.ingplans.com/eportal/welcome.do. |
| 2 | Under User Login, select your login preference—either Username or SSN. |
| 3 | Depending on what you selected in step 2, type your SSN or username in the text box immediately below. |
| 4 | Type your PIN in the PIN text box. |
| 5 | At the top of the screen, click on User Preferences. |
| 6 | Select Username, which allows you to personalize your login preference, and then set up your new username. |
| 7 | The next time you log on, select the Select Login Preference drop-down box, and then select Username. |
