The Social Security Administration annually establishes calendar year compensation limits for recipients of Social Security benefits. Annual changes to compensation limits established by the Social Security Administration are not effective for the PERS Chapter 238 Program (Tier One/Tier Two) until PERS amends its administrative rule and adopts the new limits.
