Rollovers Out of OSGP

You may leave your money in OSGP even after you retire. You are not required to take a distribution until you turn at least age 70½. However, if you elect to do so, you may roll over all or a portion of your OSGP account to another eligible retirement plan or IRA (either pre-tax or Roth).

If you choose to roll over all or a portion of your OSGP account into another eligible retirement plan, you must complete a Transfer/Rollover Out form (available by clicking on the Form button) and return it to OSGP.

When rolling money out of OSGP and into another eligible plan or IRA, a 10 percent penalty may be imposed on distributions prior to age 59½. The 457 plan does not have that penalty.
