Nonduty Disability

To qualify for a nonduty disability, you must:

• Have accrued 10 or more years of retirement credit in the OPSRP Pension Program or be an eligible school employee who is an active OPSRP Pension Program member in 10 or more calendar years.
• Be totally, not partially, disabled.
• Anticipate that you will be unable to perform any work for which qualified for a minimum of 90 consecutive days.
