Duty Disability

If your injury or disease was sustained while in the actual performance of duty in an OPSRP-participating position, you may apply for the OPSRP disability program regardless of your length of service. Your work must have been the material contributing cause of your injury or disease, and you must:

• Have established membership in the OPSRP Pension Program.
• Be totally, not partially, disabled.
• Anticipate that you will be unable to perform any work for which qualified for a minimum of 90 consecutive days.
