Employer Service Center

The Employer Service Center is available to help employers resolve:

EDX reporting questions and problems,

ACH problems, and

questions or problems regarding remittance statements.

Customer Service Representatives

A PERS retirement counselor is available to help members with the following services:

personal account information;

frequently asked questions about death, disability, and divorce;

domestic relation orders dividing benefits due to divorce;

applying for disability;

reporting a death;

beneficiary determinations;

pre- and post-retirement death benefit calculations;

spousal and child support obligations;

tax liens;

answers to frequently asked pre-retirement and retirement questions; and

informational meetings regarding the various services PERS provides.
